Now I rough in the skull and hat with off white. Don't use pure white, because you won't have anything to make the hot spots later on.. Add a few drops of dark blue to the white to get a nice shade.

I spray black down and lay out the art with a piece of white chalk. I had to modify the design a little because of the hight of the tailgate.

Getting out the white again, I rough the wings. I notice that it isn't symmetrical, but no worries, I will get the black out and even them out. I also add some battleship guns.

Here is very important step. Using a clean rag, wipe the whole area down with some wax and grease remover. Notice how it gets rid of the white over spray glow?

Using black, I punch out the details and using white, "age" the lettering. I will post the completed job next week.

More to come on this job, it is going to get candied and blue true fire over the whole vehicle. It's goning to rock!

I balance out the wings and add some lettering. I also add some hotspots with straight white. Now I start laying in the details and cleaning up any ragged areas.
